    Pilates is a mind-body movement practice that integrates conscious breath and movement.

    At The Crane, we incorporate strength training into the classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire.

  • Rooted in anatomy and biomechanics, each program is designed around individual clients’ needs. Together, client and instructor focus on where there is strength, and pinpoint areas of the body that need releasing, strengthening, and lengthening. Sessions can incorporate a cross section of modalities including somatic breath work, balancing, HIIT, precise alignment work, elements of Yoga and dance techniques.
