      <image:caption>At The Crane, we teach movement sessions to the whole person, and continue to stay up to date and fresh on exercise science and protocols. Introduction sessions will involve taking a quick look at how you move, what injuries you have, and what your goals are. We move and try to have fun. Clients are welcomed into an encouraging atmosphere of investigation and exploration. The expectation is for you to gain autonomy and confidence in movement.
